Pennsylvania was treated to a fantastic race up in Staten Island on Sunday. If the hype around the girls 2 mile had a states vibe to it, it was probably because they are likely (give or take) the same girls we'll see line up in the 3000 meters in State College later this month. Aislinn Devlin of Downingtown West was still looking for that "big" race after her All-American cross country season. This race provided the venus for that. Devlin broke away from the pack to take the win. Cumberland Valley Mady Clahane, Pennsbury's Olivia Sargent and Hannah Molloy, Germantown Academy's Maggie Hallahan, and more were wrapped up in tight race for positioning. All came away with solid times in a great atmosphere. Have a look at the results below:
