There are plenty of teams that should be in the mix in the 4x200. It will be one of those races where all the little things come into play. Efficient handoffs couldn't be more critical here. Downingtown West, LaSalle, Central Dauphin East, Glen Mills, and State College all come in with seed times around 1:30. Those teams will all make up the fastest 4x200 heat of the afternoon.

The five aforementioned teams have the deepest sprints teams in the state. Trying to separate them would be just nitpicking.
The second heat packs a lot of power as well. Penn Wood will lead that heat, but they'll have company from plenty of others. North Penn and Downingtown East will be strong. Imhotep, who surprised a lot of people last year, taking fifth overall from heat 2, won't be flying under the radar this time around. Upper Dublin and Delaware Valley Charter will also be in contention for a medal.
