What do ya got left? That's the beauty of the 4x400. After a
long day of a myriad of events, what team has the most in the tank?
Abington is the favorite here, after running 3:19.47 at the Armory Track Invitational. St. Joseph's Prep, however, should be a good opponent. They ran 3:21.60 at Ocean Breeze and they have the guns to compete with Ghosts, especially is Isiah Smith isn't 100%.

Downingtown West has plenty of choices for their 4x400. Josh McLemore and the Hoey brothers could headline a fast final relay. Glen Mills, fresh off a TFCAofGP 4x400 win, will be looking strong with Keon Rantin as the likely anchor leg.
Penn Wood, with Dennis Manyeah and Ndiaga Seck, expects to contend. Upper Darby, with Gianni Lawrence and Mason Weh, will surely be a factor. Pennridge, led by Austin Howell, and North Penn with Dante Watson will also be in the conversation. As always, expect this event to end the day on a high note
