Two good 3k\'s from Sam Luff, Emmaus (9:13.41) and Nick Brousse, Carlisle (9:18.01). Gwynedd Mercy easily won the 4x800 in 9:47.13. Kate Noonan-Sess of Owen J. Roberts won the 55 Hurdles in 8.74. And Jessica Forreading, took the 55 in 7.54 and the 200 in 26.54.
