GIRLS' RECAP

OJR's Ally Brunton was first across in the 1600 meters, running 5:02.53 for a new PA#7. Notre Dame's Jessica Schneider was second in a PA#9 5:03.33 and JP McCaskey's Lianna Tirado was third in 5:04.18. Schneider came back to win the 800 meters in 2:17.03, edging out Brunton, who ran 2:17.13.

Perkiomen Valley's Christina Warren ran 15.06 in the 100 meter hurdles to take the win by nearly two seconds. Warren won the long jump with a leap of 18-10.25, which puts her at PA#3 on the season. She added a 36-11 for the win in the triple jump as well.

Conestoga's Grace Lanouette swept the 100 and 200. The junior ran 12.37 in the 100 meters and then 25.43 in the 200 meters. In the 400 meters, Avon Grove freshman Sydney Paglia 58.36, which is the third fastest class of 2020 time of the season in PA.

BOYS' RECAP

JP MCCaskey's Nathan Henderson put down one of the weekend's most impressive performances, winning the 1600 meters in 4:11.13, a new PA#1. OJR's Liam Conway was second 4:13.45, a PA#2. Quakertown's Hudson Delisle (4:18.73) was third, Salesianum's George Steinhoff (4:19.57) was fourth, and Springfield-Delco's Liam Galligan (4:19.89) was fifth. 12 boys, in total, went under 4:30 in the race.

Conway returned in the 800 and threw down a very fast time. The OJR junior went 1:53.74, a PA#3. Germantown Friends' Nick Dahl was second in 1:54.08 and his teammate Jonnie Plass was third in 1:54.20, PA#6 and PA#7 respectively. In the 3200 meters, Unionville freshman Cole Walker ran 9:40.44 in the 3200 meters for an impressive win.

In the sprints, Bishop Shanahan's Nate Alleyne won the 200 meters in 22.14, while Shanahan's Keegan Hughes won the 400 meters in 50.26. Westtown's Julian Klenner won the 100 meters in 11.04.

Kennett's Xavier Feliciano cleared 14-6 to win the pole vault by two feet. Strath Haven's Dayo Abeeb jumped 45-5 to win the triple jump. Kennett's Alec Sheehan threw the discus 177 feet, 4 inches to take the win. Glen Mills' Semaj Robinson won the shot put with a toss of 53-2.
