Lindsay Regan of Easton, competed at both the NSIC and NIC meets over three days. She won NSIC, and was 2nd at NIC with a big PR. PennTrackXC talked with her Saturday after her first All-Ameican performance at NSIC, and her coach told us about her NIC meet on Sunday.
