Upper Darby captured three track relays in top times, one with the girls and two with the boys (photo of 4x2 anchor Mike Jones by Ryan Comstock). Their quartet of Thomasian Sampson, Shala Simms, Jannea Bridgeford and Kemika Allen lead a fast 4x400 1-2-3 with a 4:03.1. Haverford was 2nd in 4:03.9 and Strath Haven 3rd in 4:07.9. Haverford sent three distance runners out again to take the Sprint Medley in 4:20.6. Lower Merion captured the 4x200 in 1:47.7 and Radnor posted a strong DMR of 12:40.2. The Upper Darby boys won the 4x200 in 1:33.2 and the DMR in 10:58.7. Penncrest took the 4x400 in 3:28.1 and Strath Haven won the Sprint Medley in 3:37.7.
