Pennsylvania had some national stars last season. Of course, we saw Jordan Geist take down the state record and make moves towards the national record. Chanel Brissett did the same in the hurdles.
While we are yet to see any state records go down yet this season, we've seen many more athletes appear towards the top of the national rankings so far this season. In total, seven individuals/relays have posted current US#1 performances and many more are on the cusp of the national lead. It's quite the PA Party in the latest edition of the MileSplit50 Rankings.
With the calendar now flipped over to 2018, let's look back on those national noisemakers, and look ahead to where they might end up come the end of the indoor season.
