Cedar Crest ran the best 4x100 to date in PA with a 42.37. Harrisburg was a close 2nd in 42.53. Knowledge Timmons won both the 100 (11.11) and 200 (23.02) in AAA, but his 10.98 in the trials was the best time of the day. EL Meyer\'s Andre Broussard won the AA 200 in 22.63. There were a ton of fast 400\'s by the guys, with Milton Hayles of William Allen posting a 49.65. Nine guys were under 51.64 in the AA and AAA races. Cumberland Valley tuned up for the Penn Relays with a 7:58.83. Mike Holsberger of Penn Cambria added an inch to his season Jav best with a throw of 196-11. Jay Harding, State College, won the 2000 Steeplechase in 6:22.69, and took 2nd in the 3200 with a 9:44.90 to Cedar Cliff\'s Pat Caufield, 9:37.04. Brianna Flagg, Harrisburg, upped her state-leading Shot Put performance to 44\'. Also getting ready for Penn was Ruby Radocaj of Williamsport, throwing the Jav 146-03, a state-best effort. Kylee Schuler, Chambersburg, won the 3200 in 11:27.25 and was 2nd in the 1600 (5:14.25) to Cumberland Valley\'s Jen Gray, who took the 800-1600 double victory route for the second week in a row with wins in the 800 and 1600, 2:18.39 and 5:11.29. Garden Spot hurdler Brianna Broyles was also a double winner, going 15.38 in the 100 and 46.46 for 300m. Altoona jumps specialist Rachel Gehret won the High Jump (5-04), and the Triple Jump (36-06), and took 3rd in the Long Jump (16-04).
