Council Rock North's Jessica Cickay now has the fastest 3200 in PA after a 10:58.2 run at the Helman Invitational @ Pennridge. Dana Haslett of the host school posted two wins, a 12.3 100 and 26.2 200. Teammate Bryant Blount also too the 100 and 200, going 10.7 and 22.7. Shippensburg-bound Jon Coopersmith, Pennridge, went 1:59.4 in the 800.
