Boys 200m: Julian Klenner (Westtown School)
Klenner is running his best at the right time.
The senior had a big day at the Henderson Invitational on Friday. He went 21.32 in the 200 meters, pulling away late from a strong field. That time put him in the state's top spot as he beat previous state leader Haverford School's Daiyaan Hawkins for the win. Then Klenner came back to take second to Hawkins in the 100 meter final (10.65 to 10.70).
Both times are PRs. Klenner, the indoor state champ at 400 meters, is running well as we hit the postseason and he's likely got more room to keep dropping time.
