Course map, plus fan and bus parking map for PTXC 1 - Presented by Puma

Below are links to parking instructions for buses, team vans and fans for PTXC 1 - Presented by Puma set for a cool, dry day on September .

Because of very limited space (including an impossible right turn for busses) at the Vermont Avenue entrance to Baker Field, we have made special arrangements with two very special community partners - Lancaster Country Day School, and Clippers Stadium, home of the Lancaster Barnstormers. In fact, Lancaster Country Day is not only sharing one of their parking lots for busses, but we are using their sports field as a part of our course.

Basically, only staff, officials and handicapped will be able to park at Vermont Avenue. Team busses will be using the designated parking lot at Lancaster Country Day. There will be plenty of signs, plus staff to direct. But the map is pretty inclusive. We'll squeeze as many busses in there as possible. Team vans will park by the F&M baseball stadium nearby. Again, directions are on the map and there will be staff to direct. When the bus lot if full, remaining busses will drop the athletes at Lancaster Country Day, and then will depart to Clipper Stadium parking. The map shows where parking is permitted along the exit road from Clipper Stadium, but we'll have people there to assist.

The back lot at Clipper is where fans are being asked to park. We will have two shuttle busses running continuously from 6:15 AM until 2:00 PM on race day. Fans will be dropped off and picked up on the other side of Lancaster Country Day about 50 feet from where the main bus parking lot is, and just steps from the course.

If you have not yet entered your athletes, please do so ASAP. We are using a new chip technology, and need to ensure that each athlete is accurately matched with a race number.

We'll have packet pickup info soon. Course preview is Friday from 3:30 - 6:00 pm, and of course, any time on race day from 7-8:30 am. Course maps will be available online before the meet.
