PTFCA Carnival - Girls' Sprints/Hurdles Preview
In the 60 meters, Norristown's Teliyah James (PA#3) will square off with Warwick's Lily Palacio-Lewis (PA#5) in what will be a good showdown between one eastern PA's top sprinters this winter and one of the best from central PA. Ridley's Brianna Foster will look to get in the mix for the win there, too.
Then in the 200 meters, Meghan Quinn of Warwick (PA#6) will be the one to beat. She should get a good challenge from Central Dauphin's Raechel Bonner, who is also the top seed in the 400 meters.
Then we'll get a good matchup in the 4x200 meter relay, as PA#3 Warwick will go up against PA#6 Norristown in a race between a pair of relays that should be serious factors at states in a few weeks.
The 60 meter hurdles looks to be pretty wide open with Mount Saint Joseph's Annie Lemelin, Milton's Leah Bergey, Cedar Cliff's Ava Bechtel, Manheim Township's Sydney Horn, and North Penn's Anais Williams among the top seeds.
