How much have Pennsylvania's senior throwers improve over the course of their careers? While they won't get a chance to officially improve on these marks during their high school careers, we're taking a look at the progressions they've shown over the first three years of their careers.
Thomas Kitchell (above) of Notre Dame-Green Pond, the AAA state champion in the discus last spring, saw steady improvements across his career in both the shot put and discus. He is headed to Wake Forest in the fall.
For these lists, we looked at each senior throwers personal best from their junior season and also listed their bests from their freshman and sophomore seasons (an athlete must have a performance in the MileSplit database from their junior season to be included).
