There are plenty of stars in PA track and field in the sprint events to watch out for this winter. We broke down each of those sprint events.

55m/60m: Germantown Academy's Fore Abinusawa is PA No.2 all-time in the 60 meters with a 7.32 from her freshman year. She went 7.43 last season -- the fastest returning time -- last year, but missed the state meet due to injury. Now a junior, expect a big year out of Abinusawa, who could chase Thelma Davies' state record.

There are two other 60m finalists back this season from last year's state meet: Mastery-Hardy Williams' Marlina Voker and Ridley's Brianna Foster. Voker was third at states, just 0.2 off the state title. Foster was sixth at states. Sabria Epps of Springside Chestnut Hill focused on the 200m and 400m at states last year, but is the No. 2 returner on time behind Abinusawa in the 55m and 60m
