100m: It's been over a year since we've seen Fore Abinusawa of Germantown Academy compete, but the junior will certainly be one to watch this spring. As a freshman, she went 11.66 in the 100. As the PAISAA is concerned, she will surely face a challenge from upstart frosh Avery Lewis of Friends' Central, as well as senior Sabria Epps of Springside Chestnut Hill.

South Park's Maddie Raymond was second at the state meet in AA as a sophomore. Now a senior, she will be the one to beat this year with a top returning time of 12.01. In AAA, there are two semifinalists (no finalists) back from 2019. Lilly Ballard of Woodland Hills and Marlina Voker of Mastery-Shoemaker are two seniors that will look to lead the way in AAA this season.

200m: Abinusawa is also the state's top returner in the 200m. She ran 24.47 as a freshman and comes in as the the one to beat this spring. Like the 100, expect freshman Avery Lewis to contend with Abinusawa in the PAISAA ranks.
