Friday brings us the Paul Short Run, where many of the top teams and individuals from Pennsylvania and some neighboring states will come together for what should be a very fast day in the Lehigh Valley. Lehigh's 5K is known as one of the fastest courses on the east coast. A few years ago at Paul Short, we walked the course and recorded a video preview of the high school 5K course.
