Jenna Mulhern put down another big performance as her terrific senior season continued on Friday.
Mulhern ran a time of 9:20.43 for 3,000 meters at the Garden State Invitational at Ocean Breeze in Staten Island, NY. She placed 13th in a mixed section of the 3K.
That time is a current US No. 1 by 15 seconds. It's also the 13th fastest indoor time ever by a high schooler, regardless of track size or race type. It's a PA No. 2 all-time performance, trailing only Marlee Starliper's 9:07.14 from 2020.
