Avery Lewis (Friends' Central) - Lewis hit PA No. 1 marks in the 55m, 60m, and Long Jump this month. She hit all three marks at the nationally prestigious VA Showcase in mid-January. Nationally, she is ranked fifth in the Long Jump, eighth in the 55m, and 12th in the 60m.
Jolena Quarzo (Brownsville) - Quarzo ran the fourth fastest 1600m in Pennsylvania history - a 4:51.31 at the SPIRE Ohio Preview Meet. Her time currently stands as a PA No. 4 and US No. 6.
Ella Woehlcke (Mount Saint Joseph)- Woehlcke ran PA No. 1 marks in the 800m and mile this month, running indoor personal bests in both events. Her 2:13 800m and 4:55 mile rank fifth and 13th nationally.
Elizabeth Tapper (Hempfield 7) - Continued her dominant start to the season, hitting a new personal best of 49-1.5 in the Shot Put and winning four separate invitationals. Her mark of 49-1.5 currently ranks first in PA and No. 2 Nationally.

Ryan Pajak (Ringgold) - Has been electric through his first three races of the 2023 Indoor Track and Field season. Pajak Won the Young State High School Meet 2 in the 1600m with a PA No. 1 and US No. 10 at 4:15.6 and followed that up with a PA No.1 and US No. 6 at 9:02.86 3200m at the SPIRE Ohio Preview Meet. His 3200m time is the fifth fastest in PA History.
Michael Woolery (Episcopal Academy) - As an individual, Woolery won the mile at the Kevin Dare Invitational in 4:18.50 and the 800m at the Kristian Marche Memorial Invitational in a PA No. 1 and US No. 9 1:54.3. Woolery was also a member of the current PA No. 1 Distance Medley Relay, set on January 14th.
Brady Mider (Berks Catholic) - He continued his undefeated start to the season with five straight Shot Put wins in January. Mider threw an Indoor Personal best of 56-11.5 at the Golden Wolves Challenge, a PA No. 1.
Jackson Clarke (Danville) - Won the 200m at the Kevin Dare Invitational and the Spire Scholastic Invitational while also picking up runner-up finished in the 60m dash at both races. His 21.56 200m at the SPIRE Scholastic Invitational was a PA No. 1 and US No. 11.
Asad Reese (Imhotep Charter) - Reese won the 200m and 400m at the Kristian Marche Memorial Invitational, running PA No. 4 and PA No. 1 marks in the process. Later in the month, he ran a 35.17 in the 300m, which is also a current PA No. 4.
