At the EPAC Championships - Kyle Moore improved on his state-leading marks in the long jump and triple jump, notching two of the best performances in state history.
In the long jump, Moore cleared 24-10.25, the fourth-best mark in PA History, just behind Tyrek Edwards, who jumped 24-11.75 to win a state championship in 2012.
Further, Moore's mark in the long currently ranks as a US No. 3 amongst all wind-readings. Moore is just a junior.

Moore has the third best jump since 2000, but the fourth best All-Time. In 1989, Dion Bentley (Penn Hills) set the record at the Pan-American Junior Games with his jump of 26-09.25.
He also had a strong showing in the Triple Jump, clearing 46-9.25. By winning both events, Moore scored 20 points for his team and played a vital role in the squad's third-place finish in the Eastern PA Conference.
He will now set his sights on winning his first District XI Title this week before attempting to win his first state championship on Memorial Day Weekend.
