Today - we'll look at the boys returning from the 2022 District 7 (WPIAL) Championship. We also added each athletes' respective 3200m time and 1600m time from the 2023 Outdoor season.

In 2022's "Which District is the Best?" piece, based on results from the PIAA XC Championships, District 7 took the hypothetical crown, edging out District 1 46 points to 47.

The fun part? The district's top three runners will all return this year, as will many other superstars, seasoned veterans and shiny up-and-comers. Look for stiff competition this year - no surprise for Pennsylvania's "most competitive" district.
