Philadelphia, PA - Friends' Central took off and never looked back en-route to one of the fastest 4x400m relays in recent-Pennsylvania history. Anchored home by freshman Neenah Trusty, the team posted a PA No. 1, 3:47.67.
That time will go down as the 16th quickest in PA History and the fastest since 2018. Friends' Central also broke the previous Philadelphia Academic 4x400m event record by almost six seconds.
Neenah Trusty was the talk of the town after this one. The freshman sensation ran a 53.44 anchor 400m leg. Her season best open-400m is a 56.69, however she ran a 56.27 last summer.
The relay was opened by Avery Lewis who split 56.53. Quin Stovall then took the baton and notched an impressive 57.49 before handing off to Jade Nichols who hit a 60.23.
