With the season just under a month underway, we wanted to look at one of my favorite events, the 1600 meter, and see how much faster these boys are. One of the most impressive things to do in High School for the boys' 1600 meter is to be anything below 4:20. It's one of the tougher marks to pass, and already this season, we have 13 guys who have broken this time. The Senior boys this season thus far have shown their experience as the top nine spots in the state are held by them. 

With the Shippensburg 98th Roddick HS Invitational coming up this weekend, we are bound to see some fast times with some of the best talent from all across the state scheduled to attend
