Ava Flicker (Perkiomen Valley) locks down PA Girls Athlete of the week for her victorious javelin effort at the 19th Annual Bryn Mawr Running Co. Henderson Invitational. Flicker threw 164-5, taking over as PA No. 1 and US No. 2.

Violet Houck (Wilson): Houck sweeps the hurdles at the BCIAA Firing Meet with two personal bests. She won the 100-meter hurdles in 14.29 and the 300-meter hurdles in 43.49. Both efforts are PA Top 5 times.
Lilyana Carlson (Bermudian Springs): Carlson raised the pole vault bar, setting a new state lead at 13-6. Her effort comes from the YAIAA Track and Field Championship.
Sophia Rivera (Ephrata): Rivera crushed the shot put competition at the Lebanon-Lancaster League meet. She threw a PA No. 1 mark of 43-8.
Virginia Kraus (Saucon Valley): Kraus took double distance gold at the EPC/Colonial League Championship Meet. She won the 1600-meter in 5:00.49 and the 3200-meter in a PA No. 1 time of 10:27.69.
