Lock Haven\'s distance squad got a lot deeper with the recent verbal commitments by three of PA\'s top runners, Brandon Pomerantz of Council Rock North, Stephen Thompson of Shikellamy, and Kyle Murray of Central Bucks South. Lock Haven won the NCAA Division II XC Regional, and finished 9th at Nationals last fall. Cornell, the indoor Heps champs, will certainly welcome Sam Luff of Emmaus. And joinging Luff in cold upstate New York, will be Council Rock North sprinter Ryan Bukevicz, who is going to Syracuse.
