Council Rock North junior Keith Capecci, who showed his mile speed two weeks earlier in holding off Cumberland Valley\'s Curtis Bixler in a DMR, ran a 4:26.1 1600 to win at the Wrobel Invitational at Notre Dame HS in New Jersey. Allentown Central Catholic\'s Jen Grabowski set a meet record by winning the High Jump at 5-02. Pennsbury\'s Brittany Cishak took 2nd in the 400, posting a 1:00.9. She also was 3rd in the Long Jump (15-06.50) and 4th in the Triple Jump (29-11). Council Rock\'s Matt Worthington ran 52.4 for 4th in the 400 meters.
