Cedar Cliff was a good host at their own relay, graciously sharing the spotlight with other quality teams, but ultimately, keeping the team championships to themselves - the girls with 100, and the boys with 82 points. The Colts started the meet with two wins in the 4x1600, the boys going 17:52.0 and the girls clocked in 21:55.1. Cumberland Valley took both Distance Medley Relays, the guys beating Cedar Cliff by over three seconds in 10:26.7, and the girls by over six seconds over their hosts, going 12:32.0. Cedar Cliff also took both 4x200\'s. Individual standouts included a 200-07 Discus throw by Central Dauphin\'s Ryan Whiting, and a 17-02 Long Jump by Beth Getty of Cedar Cliff.
