It was bound to happen, and it has. Lindsay Regan, the talented Easton pole-vaulter, now owns the PA outdoor state record to go along with her indoor mark - and, best of all, it\'s a PR. In 2001, McDowell\'s Emily Tharpe set the PA outdoor mark at 13-02.50. Now, thanks to a big PR at the PIAA District 11 District Champs in Allentown, the new record is 13-06.00. For those keeping score, that is a tie for the US Junior Class record and one of the top five all-time prep vaults. Way to go Lindsay!
