Former AAA XC State Champ Jessica Cygan makes verbal commitment to William & Mary

 

2008 PIAA AAA Cross Country state champion Jess Cygan of Liberty (District 11), has made a verbal commitment to The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA.
