6/6-2005 PTFCA All-State Track & Field Teams The 2054 All State Outdoor Track and Field Team was selected by a committee of the PTFCA on 6/6 taking into consideration honors won, quality and consistency of performance and head-to-head competition. Congratulations to all the new All-State athletes, Athletes of the Year, Nicole Smith Erie McDowell, and Ryan Whiting Central Dauphin; and Coaches of the Year, Leroy Galloway, Milton Hershey, for the girls, and Tom Eck, Central Dauphin, for the boys.
