Introducing the 2023 Pennsylvania MileSplit XC All-State Teams and post-season award winners.
With the season in the rearview, we sat down to determine the our season's award winners. We carefully examined each student-athletes' body of work and tirelessly combed rankings, championship finishes, all-time marks and consistency. Though, we acknowledge that there are numerous talented individuals who missed this season's rendition. Seven athletes occupy each All-State Team.
