It hasn't been long since you've seen the orange of Harbor Creek at the front of a race. And now that it's back, it could very well be there for four years in the name of Lauren Zarger. She was the only girl to break 19, going 18:50 to win over Bradford sophomore Sarah Lonzi by 18 seconds, and veteran Lindsay Petri of General McLane, who went 19:50, leading her team to a hugh 98 point win over second place Oakland Catholic. General McLane placed three in the top nine, and also took 12th and 22nd with a spread of just 1:38.

Strongsville, Ohio used a 64-second spread, starting with the one point for first, to tally 69 points, 11 better than North East, and 60 up on pre-season mention Pittsburgh Central Catholic. Senior Kyle Faerber ran 16:36, holding off Junior Ben Hahn of Smethport by seven seconds. North East took the 3rd and 4th spots at 16:44 and 16:47 by Ora Merkel and Garrett Gray.
