After another week of track & field action in Pennsylvania, it's time to vote for the MileSplit Pennsylvania girls performer of the week.

Note: Athletes who have been nominated in the past two weeks are not eligible. Previous winners are excluded for the rest of the season.
This Week's Nominees:
Kaddel Howard, Cedar Crest 03 (Pennsylvania): Posted a state-leading 23.36 in the 200 meters at the Lebanon-Lancaster League Championship, winning by a comfortable margin in a field of 31. Also took the 400 in 53.49, sweeping the sprint events at the league meet.
Amirah Nesmith, Cheltenham 01 (Pennsylvania): Swept both sprint events at the SOL American Conference Championships with times of 11.61 in the 100 and 24.39 in the 200. Won both races convincingly in competitive fields of over 40 athletes each.
Evette Wesseh, Bensalem 01 (Pennsylvania): Dominated the jumping events at the Suburban One League - Patriot Division Championships, winning the long jump with a mark of 20-4.5 and taking the triple jump at 37-8.5. Also placed second in the high jump at 5-2, making her the top junior in Pennsylvania in the long jump.
Isabella Furgison, Selinsgrove 04 (Pennsylvania): Threw 46-0.25 to win the shot put at Selinsgrove vs Shamokin, ranking her as the top junior in the state in the event. Also competed in the discus at the PHAC Track & Field Championships, placing first with a throw of 134-2.
Aydriane Bowden, Kennett 01 (Pennsylvania): Turned in a dominant performance at the Ches-Mont Championship, winning four events including a #2 state-ranked 24.23 in the 200 meters. Also captured wins in the 100m hurdles (13.85), long jump (19-3.25), and 300m hurdles (43.09). Ranks as the top junior in Pennsylvania in both hurdles events and the 200.
