For the girls, Angie Hartz of Chartiers Valley won the 100 (15.9) and 300 meter hurdles (49.1). Teammate Amanda Mazur won the 400 (1:01.2) and 200 meter dashes (27.6).

Sarah Holl of Upper Dublin won the 1600 meter run with a time of 5:10.56. Deborah Douglas of Coatesville won the 100 (15.63) and 300 meter hurdles (46.98). Her teammates won the 4x400 meter relay in a PA#4 time of 4:01.75.

Freshman Jeff Groh of Lower Dauphin ran 9:40.72 to win the 3200 meter run. Central Dauphin East ran 43.30 to win the 4x100 meter relay. Cumberland Valley ran 3:28.97 to win the 4x400 meter relay. Shawn Mayer of Palmyra cleared 14-4 to win the pole vault.
Jarred Posey of William Penn set a meet record in the triple jump with a mark of 46-6.25. Jeremy Seaman of Central Dauphin threw 51-8 to win the shot put. Charlito Iwuagu of Northern Lebanon threw 170-11 to win the discus.

Blue Mountain girls won five of the seven field event relays, including all three jumping events and the pole vault. Hughesville won the 4x800 (10:18.25), the 4x100 (51.79) and the 800 Sprint Medley Relays (1:56.69)
For the boys, Selinsgrove won four of the seven field event relays and North Schuykill ran 11:09.65 to win the distance medley relay.

Lasalle College High School ran a US#8 (it was #1 at that time) time of 10:18.28 to win the distance medley relay! Wissahickon was 2nd in 10:24.07 with 800 leg Hong Cho closing a large gap on his 800 leg, giving his team a slight lead heading into the 1600 meter anchor. Cho split 1:52.7 (56.5, 56.2) # 2 Wiss all-time split behind Ken Lowry's 1:48.5 during the 7:36 4x8 back in '82. Cho then came back on the 4x4 with a 48.9. Daryl Worley of Penn Charter ran 22.27 to win the 200 meter dash. Johnathan Stiles of Penn Wood ran 49.88 to win the 400 meter dash. Austin Kohler of Pennridge ran 1:58.79 to win the 800 meter run. Sam Hibbs of Hatboro Horsham ran 4:24.10 to win the 1600 meter run. Chris Williams of Strath Haven ran 14.47 to earn PA#2 and win the 110 meter hurdles. Williams added a 14-4 victory in the pole vault to his afternoon. Eric Futch of Penn Wood ran a PA#3 time of 14.69 to finish 2nd in the 110 hurdles. Futch did run 38.15 to improve his state leading time and win the 300 hurdles. Father Judge ran a PA#2 time of 42.96 to win the 4x100 meter relay. The 4x400 meter relay had the PA#1-5 times so far this season, with Cardinal O'Hara winning the relay in 3:19.74. Paul Lee of Coatesville cleared 6-4 to win the high jump. Trevell Moxey of North Penn won the triple jump with a mark of 45-7. Darrell Hill of Penn Wood threw 53-11 to win the shot put. Chazz Wilks of Cardinal O'Hara threw 154 feet to win the discus.

Terrell Watson of Upper Moreland threw 174-11 to win the javelin.
For the girls, Seline Tan-Torres (2:20.67) and Elexa Sherman (2:20.79) of Methacton finished 1-2 in the 800 meter run, Anja Weiler of Downingtown East ran a PA#2 time of 5:02.00 to win the 1600 meter run. Lizzie Shadle of Methacton ran 46.01 to win the 300 meter hurdles and take the state lead! Deirdre Magolon of Spring Ford was 2nd with a PA#2 time of 46.52. Downingtown East ran a PA#1 time of 9:32.51 to win the 4x800 meter relay. Methacton ran a PA#2 time of 4:01.69 to win the 4x400 meter relay. Nicole Rocchio of Spring Ford cleared 5-4 to win the high jump.
