Pennsylvania Boys
Blake Cook - 4th, 400m Hurdles, 17-18 - 53.16 Cook delivered one of Pennsylvania's best performances of the day, running 53.16 to finish fourth in the 17-18 400m hurdles final. He was just over a second behind the national champion and finished ahead of a strong field. The race was run with a +2.5 wind.
Sebastian Marquez-Ferber - 13th, 1500m, 17-18 - 4:12.57. Representing AOC Ambler Track Club, Marquez-Ferber placed 13th overall in 4:12.57 in a deep 17-18 1500m final. He was one of two AOC Ambler athletes to crack the top 30 in the event.
Henry Moynihan - 21st, 1500m, 14 - 4:36.77 Moynihan ran 4:36.77 for 21st in the 14-year-old 1500m. The AOC Ambler runner was the highest-finishing Pennsylvania athlete I could verify in that particular field.
Darren Rafa - 27th, 1500m, 17-18 - 4:20.03 Another AOC Ambler runner, Rafa finished 27th in 4:20.03 in the 17-18 1500m. He was part of an especially deep field that saw 27 athletes break 4:21.
Kaleb Young - 17-18 Boys 1500m, 3:57.05, Champion. Young delivered one of the standout performances of the day for Pennsylvania, winning the 15-16 boys 1500m in a personal-best 3:57.05. The Infinity Track standout broke the four-minute barrier to claim the AAU Junior Olympic title, adding another major accomplishment to an already impressive summer.
Pennsylvania Girls
Nieve Keitel - 5th, 1500m, 17-18 - 4:42.95. Keitel was arguably the top Pennsylvania girls performance of Tuesday. The AOC Ambler standout ran 4:42.95 to finish fifth nationally in the 17-18 1500m, crossing less than 11 seconds behind the champion.
Daniella Morgan - 6th, 1500m, 14 - 4:56.21 Morgan produced another top-six finish, running 4:56.21 for sixth in the 14-year-old 1500m. She was only about 10 seconds away from the winning mark.
Autumn Riley - 32nd, 1500m, 14 - 5:24.02 Riley, representing Lancaster City, ran 5:24.02 to finish 32nd in the 14-year-old 1500m final.
Myla Fleury - 42nd, 1500m, 14 - 5:41.45 Fleury was another AOC Ambler athlete in the 14-year-old 1500m, clocking 5:41.45 for 42nd.
Noriana Huynh - 33rd, 1500m, 15-16 - 5:16.83. Huynh finished 33rd in 5:16.83 in the 15-16 1500m final for AOC Ambler.
