Wissahickon started their relay double with a 10:31.75 in the DMR.
And came back in three hours to win the 4x800 in 8:06.38.
Sean Mahoney relied on his kick to gap and beat Duriel Hardy (WC East)
and Josh Hibbs (Hatboro), who both paced most of the Mile. Mahoney went 4:22.32.
Bensalem's Reggie Carter has the top 400 in PA after his 49.45.
Bonner's Mike Tomasco went 50:35 for 2nd.
Jamar Jones held off Matt Gordon at the end of a fast 800,
going 1:58.60 to win by just .06.
Kenneth Talley, Simon Gratz, outleaned Carrington Queen in the 200, 22.85-22.86.
In his first race since Foot Lockers, Keith Capecci of Council Rock North was
not able to hold off E&S's Trevon Rainford in the 3000. Rainford went 8:53.23
to Capecci's 8:54.20.
Bensalem won the 4x400 in 3:26.37
with North Penn 2nd at 3:27.18.

In the 60 Hurdles, Carrington Queen set a MR of 8.02 (pix from Semis)
Scott Henkleman was 3rd in a very deep Long Jump at 22-05.50.
Aaron Hunter, Academy Park, won with a leap of 23-0.
North Penn's Chris Dollinger was 2nd at 2-07.
