Imani Brown of Reading is the NATIONAL CHAMPION in the triple jump with a winning mark of 48-10.75! Penn Wood earned two 2nd place finishes, running 1:28.96 in the 4x200 meter relay and 3:18.92 in the 4x400 meter relay. Ned Willig of Great Valley finished 3rd in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:51.59. Chris Williams of Strath Haven (7.91) and Aaron Willett of Coatesville (7.96) both advanced to the finals of the 60 meter hurdles in the morning session. Williams finished 4th in the finals with a time of 7.77 and Willett finished 7th! TJ Elliott of Central Dauphin East finished 11th in the 60 dash semifinals in 6.98. Swenson was 10th in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:23.12.
![]() For the girls, Angel Piccirillo of Homer Center earned the silver medal in the mile run with a time of 4:45.05! Emma Keenan of Gwynedd Mercy Academy made a surge out of the back to take the last All American spot in the 800 meter run in 2:10.33! Maria Seykora of Notre Dame finished 8th in the mile with a lifetime best performance of 4:52.44. Caitlin Bungo of Sewickley Academy finished 12th in the 2 mile with a time of 10:47.43. Larisa Debich of Hempfield Area finished 7th in the pole vault with a clearance of 12-4.75. Katelyn Jackson of Springside ran 7.71 to finish 15th in the 60 meter dash semifinals. Ceaira Brown of Overbrook (2:12.79) and Seline Tan-Torres of Methacton (2:14.70) ran new personal bests in the 800 meter run.

![]() ![]() For the girls, Katelyn Jackson of Springside advanced to the semifinals of the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.81. Swenson girls finished 9th in the 4x200 meter relay prelims with a new PA#1 time of 1:41.38. Central Dauphin East ran a PA#4 time of 1:44.42 to finish 18th. Rachel Fatherly of Williamsport earned All American honors in the shot put! She finished 4th with a PA#3 mark of 42-11.75. Taylor Woods of Hickory finished 7th with a mark of 40-11.50. Brooklynn Broadwater, running for Amy Northwest, ran 57.00 to place 15th in the 400 meter dash, a PA#4 mark. Jordan Matthews of Abington finished 10th in the long jump with a mark of 18-6.50.

Notre Dame Academy finished 2nd in the distance medley relay, running 11:48.30 to break the all time state record held by State College in 1982 (11:58.64)! The team featured Katie Nappi (3:35), Morgan Abate (59), Caroline Powers (2:19), and Maria Seykora (4:51). Strath Haven finished 5th in the same race and broke the old state record, running an all time PA#2 time of 11:56.78! That team featured Allie Wilson (3:38), Megan O'Dell (59), Kristen Miller (2:16), and Hannah Grossman (5:01)! Taylor Morgan of Upper Dublin finished in a three way tie for 4th with a clearance of 5-7.25. Tori Gerlach of Pennridge finished 7th in the 5000 meter run for the 2nd straight year, running a time of 17:00.54. Dustin Wilson of Chestnut Hill Academy earned his 2nd All American certificate this year, running 14:55.09 in the 5000 meter run to finish 4th.
Emerging Elite
For the boys, Alex Moran of Mount Lebanon ran a PA#4 time of 4:17.19 to set a meet record and win the mile! Sam Hibbs of Hatboro Horsham finished 2nd in the 2 mile with a time of 9:26.62. Brendan Shearn of North Schuylkill also earned a medal, finishing 5th with a time of 9:27.81. Alex Gregro of Wilson cleared 6-3.25 to finish tied for 4th in the high jump. Holy Ghost Prep finished 3rd in the sprint medley relay with a time of 3:35.71.
For the girls, Caela Williams of Penn Wood won the 400 meter dash in a PA#3 time of 56.67, beating out the Michigan state champion in her seeded heat. Her performance is also a meet record! Methacton finished 2nd in the 4x800 meter relay with a PA#7 time of 9:26.43. Katie Catania of Methacton finished 6th in the long jump with a mark of 17-4.75. Elizabeth McDonald of Country Day School of Sacred Heart finished 4th in the 2 mile with a time of 11:04.24. Amanda Benninghoff of Council Rock South finished 2nd in the pole vault with a clearance of 11-7. Kennedy Shank of Northern also cleared 11-7 and finished 4th. Kennedy Weisner of Elk County Catholic ran 5:01.32 to finish 5th in the mile. Katelynn Jackson of Springside (PA#2 25.01 prelims) finished 3rd in the 200 meter dash with a time of 25.09. Nicolette Serratore of Methacton finished 5th in the triple jump with a mark of 36-2.75. Penn Wood finished 5th in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:02.00. |
