PIAA District 4 AAA Championships
Friday, May 17, 2002 - District 4 AAA Championships @ Montoursville High School - Selinsgrove's Charity Payne and North Penn's Jessica Johnson are the only two girls over 44'. Payne posted her PA#2 mark at her district meet, going 44-00.75 to win by over 7'. She also qualified in the Javelin, matching her seed exactly, 126-05.00. Justina Hollenbach, Shikellamy, took the Long Jump (16-07.25) and Triple Jump (35-10.25). Christa Sawko, a Montoursville junior, took the 300 Hurdles (46.48) and the 400 (59.95). Double champs for the boys included Steve Huffman, Montoursville, 11.17, 22.98; Eric Baker, Montoursville, 50.48, 1:58.91; and Dave Scheller, Montoursville, 21-07.00, 44-03.75.
