Angie Saterstad ran alone, but paced her way to an easy win the the 3200, going 11:13.3. Cedar Cliff soph Janelle Young captured both the mile (5:34.0) and the 800 (2:30.1). Montgomery (MD) sprinter Sharifa Love took the 200 in 27.4 and the 400 in 62.1. In the field events, Harrisburg's Rachelle Edrington won the Long Jump, going 16-07.25, and the Triple Jump, leaping 35-01.25. In the boys' competition, Shot Putter Ryan Whiting of Central Dauphin won by over nine feet, throwing 54-09. Harrisburg sprinter Rome Potts won three individual events, the 55 Dash in 6.82, the 200 in 24.4, and the 400 in 55.2.
