4/9-Octorara\'s Ryan Fritz is back in the clouds, clearing 6-10. James Wilson is a double sprint champ, and David Hoffman a double hurdles champ.

It was a day of bright sunshine, and even more brilliant performances. I covered the (10-hour) Pan-Ram invitational, and arrived home to find results from quite a few meets waiting to be posted. But she wasn\'t alone in her multitasking - because Northern\'s Amy Backel and Wilson\'s Shawn Smith were winning medals all day, as well.)
