Juniors Kate Papenberg, Red Lion, and Frances Koons, Allentown Central Catholic, battled in both individual distance races. Papenberg captured the 3200 by two seconds over Koons, going 11:24. In the 1600, both were timed in 5:22, with Papenberg again getting the edge.
