3:25 110 High Hurdles
3:40 100m Dash
4:00 Unseeded 1600m
4:15 3200m
4:50 Distance Medley Relay
5:05 400m
5:25 4 x 100m Relay
5:45 300m Hurdles
6:05 800m
6:25 200m
6:50 1600m
7:05 4 x 400m Relay
Field Events:-4 Jumps-No finals
Long Jump-Open Pit (3:00p.m.-5:00p.m.)
Triple Jump - Open Pit (5:30p.m.7:30p.m.)
High Jump- 3:00p.m.(Boys will go first)
Pole Vault- -3:00p.m.-(Girls will go first)
Throwing Session: 4 Throws No Finals
Girls Shot and Boys Discus- after each event concludes they will switch
Javelin will begin at the conclusion of the shot put and discus events
(For Javelin please inform athletes to wear cleats because they will be throwing on a grass runway)
