Former Shippensburg University cross country All-American Katie Spratford '13 and former assistant coach/graduate distance runner Lara Crofford have joined the New England Distance Project, a post-collegiate training group based in Rhode Island.

Week 2 of the PA Cross Country season will be the opening weekend for many teams across the state. PennTrackXC will host the 5th edition of their annual cross country invitational at Kutztown University and Baldwin will host the 10th annual Red, White and Blue Invitational.
