24th Annual Bear Mountain River Run hosted by Lock Haven University
When: Saturday, September 3rd, 2022
Start Times: 10:00 a.m. Middle School Boys 2 mile race
10:30 a.m. Middle School Girls 2 mile race
11:00 a.m. High School Boys 5 kilometer race
11:45 a.m. High School Girls 5 kilometer race
Where: Lock Haven University West Branch Cross Country Course.

(Approximately two miles from main campus)
Entry Fee: ~$150 per high school team; boys and girls considered separate teams. (Unlimited number of
entries per team; $30 per individual for teams without five scoring athletes)
~$100 per middle school team; boys and girls considered separate teams. (Unlimited number of entries per team; $20 per individual for teams without five scoring athletes)
~Schools with all four teams participating get a discount combined entry fee of $450!!

Entry Deadline: Thursday, September 1st, at 11am.
Scoring: Top five athletes score and the next two are used to displace.
Awards: Awards will be presented to the top three teams in each race along with the top 7 members of
each winning teams; The top twenty individuals in each of the four races will receive awards. The
presentation of awards will take at 1pm at the white tent.

Course: Very flat, and 99% grass.
Other: *Souvenir T-Shirts will be available (while supplies last)
*A small concession stand will be available at the race site.
We look forward to hosting your team in what promises to be one of the most exciting
and best run meets youve ever attended. We pride ourselves on operating efficient and well
organized meets, and provide a great atmosphere for teams. The course has hosted numerous
events, including numerous NCAA Division I and Division II Region Championships, as well
as the 2006 Collegiate Club National Championships. It has a reputation for producing very
fast times, and is a great meet to give your teams some early-season confidence. If you have
