    Track Events: Start at 10:00 AM

    Novice 100m Dash (unlimited)

    Novice 1600m Run (unlimited)

    300m hurdles

    4x800m Relay

    100m Dash

    1600m Run

    4x100m Relay



    400m Dash

    100m/110m Hurdles

    800m Run

    200m Dash

    3200m Run

    4x400m Relay



    Field Events: Start at 10:00 AM

    JUMPS:
    Long Jump 90-minute open pit (3 jumps, plus final) 
    Triple Jump follows Long Jumps 90-min open pit (3 jumps, plus finals)
    Girls PV followed by Boys PV
    Boys HJ followed by Girls HJ
    THROWS:
    Boys Shot, Boys Jav, Girls Disc  Followed by: Girls Shot, Girls Jav, Boys Disc
    Athletes will get 3 throws, plus finals. Athletes are guaranteed 1 mark, after that they will need to reach the minimum marking distance which will be determined once entries have closed.

    Will use CCRS Timing.



    Entry fee is $150.00 per team. $300.00 for both boys and girls teams

    $15 per individual/$25 per relays

    Checks should be made payable to Haverford Track and Field Boosters and can be brought with you to the meet or mailed to:
