4th Bruce Dallas Invitational 2005

The Bruce Dallas Invitational attacts some top state teams for an early season meet. Manheim Township send out the a very talented 4x800 squad with the junior twins, Craig and Brad Miller. Cumberland Valley\'s Curtis Bixler will compete. And Central Dauphin has a deep squad with strong 400 and 800 runners, not to mention the US\'s top thrower this past indoor season, Ryan Whiting. Several meets postponed their competiton, while others, unable to reschedule, went forward as planned. Well, not exactly as planned. The FAT system went out in Altoona, field events were cancelled at Plymouth-Whitemarsh, and at Cumberland Valley, we literally swam through the Javelin, and as you can see, the 4x100. Half the registered teams cancelled their visit to the 4th Bruce Dallas Invitational because of the threatening weather... but that didn\'t stop the dedicated from showing their talents.
