Last year as a freshman, Mulhern stormed to the AAA state title -- the first frosh since '09 to win the AAA crown. She was 7th at NXN-NE and took 44th at Nike Cross Nationals.

Labbiento took third at AA sates behind Starliper and Parks during a strong sophomore season. She just missed out on Foot Locker Nationals with a 12th place finish at FLNE.

The leader of the state's top team last year is back after taking 4th at states in AAA last year. She was 11th at NXN-NE.

Young was 6th in AAA at state last season. During the spring, she went 4:53 for 1600 and 10:21 for 3200, a sign she's prepared for a big fall.

Carter was 11th in AAA last year, and had a monster season on the track that saw her break the PIAA meet record in the 3200 (10:16) and then ran the No. 2 all-time 5K (16:32).

Goldstein ran to the PAISAA state title last fall and is back for her senior season. She ran 4:46 for a full mile this last indoor season and will look to repeat in the PAISAA

This past outdoor season on the track, Russell broke the all-time PA state for the 5K with a 16:18. That should bode well for the junior, who was sixth in the PAISAA last year.

Quarzo was sixth in AA last year at states. During the outdoor track season, she broke the PIAA Class AA meet record, winning the 3200 state title in 10:25.

As a freshman last year, Cochran took 7th in AAA. She was the second fastest 9th grader at states behind only Mulhern.

Haas was an impressive as a 9th grader last year, winning the D11-AAA title and placing 5th at states in AA.

Toti was 14th at states as a junior. She had a strong spring (4:54 1600m; 10:23 3200m) that will set her up for what should be a big senior XC season.

Schuler was 10th at states in AAA last season after winning the District 3 crown. The senior will be shooting for fourth straight XC state medal this season.

Zwall was fifth in the PAISAA last year, but earned wins at Inter-Ac, Tennent and George School. She ran 10:51 for 3200m this past spring.

Sisson ran to 9th in AAA last season with just one shoe. The top Fox Chapel returner should be in line for another big season.

The rising junior was 7th in AA at XC states last season. She was 3rd at outdoor track states in the 3200.

Wicker was 8th in the state in AA for a second straight year. The senior will go for her 4th straight state medal this fall.

Trapani was 11th in AA last year after taking 2nd in A in '17. She ran 10:57 for 3200 this past spring and will be one to watch during her junior year.

Hayes had a huge state meet last year, placing 4th in AA. The junior is coming off a good track season as well.

Misutka came on strong at the end of last season. She was 12th at states in AAA and then 13th at NXN-NE, running 19:22 at Bowdoin -- her fastest 5K ever.

Kuntz was the No. 2 frosh in AA last year, taking 9th at states and leading her Central Cambria squad to the team title.

Wusinich enters her senior year after winning the Friends League and taking second in the PAISAA last season.

Shaffer broke through at states last year as a freshman, placing second in Class A. She'll be an interesting runner to keep an eye on this season.
