TFCAofGP Indoor Meet #7

***Meet is at Glen Mills, not Lehigh, as we incorrectly stated here***

DIVISION I: Abington may look for a strong 4x800 and/or 4x400, with a seed time that matches their PA#1 times of 8:01 and 3:21. Penn Wood may look to challenge in the 4x400 in what should be an exciting race.

Speaking of Abington, Isiah Smith highlights what could be a fast 200 meter field. His Ghost teammate Keion Broadus will be the top seed in the 400 meters. Abington's Cameron Mitchell will face off with Council Rock North's Ben Heintz and Quakertown's Hudson Delisle in the 800 meters. Brett Wolfinger, also from Quakertown will return to the track in a mile that also includes Abington's Jake Good.

In the field, Perkiomen Valley's Darnell Randall will lead the high jump field with his PA#2 6-5.

DIVISION II: Look out for West Chester Henderson, the top seed in the 4x800. They have the talent to pop a fast relay here. The DMR should be a good battle between Bishop Shananan and Cardinal O'Hara. Shananan has already popped off a fast 4x800 at Yale and they planned to run a DMR at the New Balance Games before the weather had other plans.

In the sprints, Damir White of New Media Tech will look to build off a strong 60 dash at Burdette in the 60 dash on Saturday. Shananan's Keegan Hughes will lead the 200 meter field.

The mile should be a fast race, featuring Rob Morro of Cardinal O'Hara and Kamil Jihad of Neumann Goretti. Morro is coming off a PA#6 3000 meters a few weeks ago at the PCL meet. In the 3000, Rustin's Jack Carmody and Bonner-Prendie's Sean Sullivan will square off.

In the shot put, keep an eye out fro Glen Mills' Quadir Gibson, who sits at PA#10.
