The 2005 All State Indoor Track and Field Team was selected by a committee of the PTFCA on 3/9 taking into consideration honors won, quality and consistency of performance and head-to-head competition. Congratulations to all the new All-State athletes.

It\'s an unreal year for the Shot Put in PA. Three other events can be described in the names of two athletes - Smith and Hannon. Juan Cave and Ryan Fritz in rare air. And the pole vault was, shall we say, interesting.
The boys\' mile will be talked about years from now. But it shouldn\'t overshadow performances that rank well in PA history, as well as nationally this season.
Please send your individual or team splits for performances that were top eight to don@penntrackxc.com.
Folllowing official review, Lindsey Regan\'s new Indoor State Pole Vault Record really is 13-00.
