Folllowing official review, Lindsey Regan\'s new Indoor State Pole Vault Record really is 13-00.
The boys\' mile will be talked about years from now. But it shouldn\'t overshadow performances that rank well in PA history, as well as nationally this season.
Every year we get questions about the entry standards for the PTFCA Indoor State Championship. The easy answer is, they change every year, depending on the performances. It\'s a ranked system. The qualifying standards for the 2005 PTFCA Indoor State Championships 2/26 at Penn State University...
In a stunning display of sheer talent and depth of PA\'s high school track & field athletes, fans of the sport will be talking about this PTFCA Indoor State Championships meet for years. The highlights start with an all-time top ten Shot Put, and then visits virtually every part of the state and every event. In the coming days, we\'ll have 1,000 pix, athlete quotes, and more. Coaches with splits of medalist teams can send that info to email@example.com
It\'s an unreal year for the Shot Put in PA. Three other events can be described in the names of two athletes - Smith and Hannon. Juan Cave and Ryan Fritz in rare air. And the pole vault was, shall we say, interesting.
You\'ll see a lot of West Catholic stars Nicole Leach and Latavia Thomas. Leach could contribute to 40 points. And in the 60 Hurdles, Long Jump, Triple Jump and High Jump, watch the battle within the battle, as Nicole Smith goes against Erin Hannon and a host of others.

There will be a lot of close competiton, but there are several athletes and events with added flair, including Ryan Whiting in the Shot Put, Ryan Fritz and Juan Cave in the High Jump, and Simon Gratz in the 4x200 and 4x400.
It was just another day at the office for West Catholic - which mean a fantastic return on their training investment. And Simon Gratz made sure that the target on their backs stated visible. Summary on the sprints, including the 4x200 and 4x400 relays. (Pix coming)
